Donation

Donations made to the Sudhanshu Foundation, "Sudhanshu", Bunglow No. 1, Gaurav galaxy, Near Vijay Park, Mira Road (East), Thane shall be eligible to the benefit of deduction u/s/ 80G(5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 at the hands of the donors subject to the limits and conditions prescribed therein.
Receipt issued to the donors should bear order no. and date of the order.

Registration Under Sec. 12AA Of the Income Tax, 1961

The Sudhanshu Foundation, "Sudhanshu", Bunglow No. 1, Gaurav galaxy, Near Vijay Park, Mira Road (East) is constituted by the Trust Deed effective from 27/02/2008.

It has filed the reg. application under sec. 12(a) of the I.T. Act, 1961 in the prescribed form on 20/03/2009.
There is delay in filing Form 10A. Hence Registration is granted w.e.f. 01/04/2008 (i.e. first day of financial year in which the application is made).

It may be noted that while registration of a Trust / Society under the sec. 12AA of the I.T. Act 1961 is one of the necessary conditions for grant of exemption certificate u/s. 80G(5) of the Act, registration under sec. 12AA of the Act does not automatically entitle a Trust for grant of a certificate under Sec. 80G(5) of the Act and that other conditions for such an entitlement has to be satisfied.

The application has been entered at No. 353 in the register of application under section 12AA maintained in this office.
